NABARD Project
I Designed and Deployed a Unique Product by capturing various Department processes and functionalities related to Project Financing, Agricultural Refinance, Loan Cum Grant Model, Margin Money Lending, Rural Infrastructure Development Projects and many Innovative Projects of NABARD. The functionality related to Project Monitoring and Reporting were all inbuilt into the Solution for Nabard. Developed Various Product flavors like Loan, Subsidy, Subvention, Grant and customized the disbursement and repayment schedules, Phasewise disbursements etc. Overall 20 department functions and 25 product variants have been automated and the Parametrization Configurations and Entry programs have been well received by NABARD Management.

Won many projects for the company through the display of Domain Expertise in Banking and Finance Domain covering Core Banking, Retail Lending, Corporate Lending, Loan Origination (Proposal Origination and Sanctioning Workflows), SWIFT Payments Messages, Investment Banking functionalities. With the Guidance from Ex-Bankers, I filled the functional line items of all Departmental Functions of Banks. I also Prepared Architectural / Topology Diagrams for infrastructure setups at DC/DRC, Network Connectivity Diagrams using Visio software and catered to Non Functional Items. The dedication, contribution and passion towards winning the deal as part of Pre-Sales Activity was well appreciated by the management and brought me laurels

Reserve Bank of India one of the largest Central Banks in the world handling fiscal policies of India, the largest economy. I have been instrumental in the preparation of Technical and Commercial Bid.
